  • Formerly, Director with a leading national collections law firm, and Founder & CEO of its sister company, Phoenix Holdings, an investor in distressed debt products. Instrumental in sale to NYC based PEG in 2006.
  • Also, exposure to more than $100 million in M&A transactions with a focus on Human Capital Management, Staffing and Call Center industry as Vice President with Childs Advisory Partners.
  • Juris Doctorate – University of Richmond. Licensed attorney in Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Stuart Bracken – Chief Financial Officer

  • Stuart is an expert in developing financial models that help our clients maximize productivity and profitability throughout their business.
  • Most recently, Senior Financial Analyst at Firethorn, a company acquired by Qualcomm for $210 million.
  • Formerly, Experienced Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers based out of New York City where he focused on mutual funds and hedge funds.
  • Founder & CEO of Knowledge2Work, a student run I.T. solutions company, incubated at Wake Forest University, specializing in website design, database structuring and I.T. consulting.
  • MBA – Goizueta Business School, Emory University. Masters in Accountancy – Wake Forest University. CPA since 2007.

Mark Cook – SVP, Human Resources

  • Mark is a seasoned HR executive, having worked for some of the world’s leading call center companies. He has hired thousands of call center agents and managers in call centers across the globe.
  • Most recently, Director of Human Resources at Rinnai America. Wholly owned subsidiary of Japan based Rinnai Corp. Largest manufacturer of gas appliances in the world with approximately $3B in sales annually and employing more than 4K personnel.
  • Formerly, VP of Human Resources with a top legal collections company.
  • Previously, Director of Human Resources at West Asset Management, a division of West Corporation, specializing in communications services, financial services, and receivables management with 1200 employees.
  • MBA – Coles College of Business, Kennesaw State University. University of Georgia, Terry College of Business. SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute.

D. Neil Sullivan – VP, Marketing and Business Development

  • Neil is an expert in understanding the unique and evolving needs of our clients and helping formulate and execute strategy to ensure those needs are being met at the highest level.  His family has spent over 30 years in the call center industry.
  • Previously, an associate with Blue Point Capital Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm; also, a financial advisory with Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management Group in Chicago.
  • 4 years of international experience in Japan and Italy engaged in language-learning.
